ISRAEL AND JEWISH EDUCATION SERIES FOR VOLUNTEER LEADERS

Join Rabbi Mike Uram, Chief Jewish Learning Officer at the Jewish Federations, for a three-part series to explore Israel’s history through a lens of complexity and gain a better understanding of the key features of Israel and Zionism. This course aims to help you feel more grounded and confident when it comes to understanding Israel today and the politics as they show up in North American Jewish life. This series is open to all Federation board chairs, board members, volunteer leaders and community members. No prior knowledge is needed.

The sessions will take place on Tuesdays: June 4, June 18, and June 25 from 1:00-2:00 pm AZ time. We invite you to join us at JPSA to view the series together with staff and volunteer leadership.
