Enjoy a morning of fun, learning, and camaraderie at AgeWell Day for Jewish community members 60+. Take a couple of classes, make new friends, and enjoy lunch with your peers. AgeWell Day is May 7th, 2024 from 8:45 am to 1:00 pm and will be held at the Tucson J (3800 E River Rd).
The cost to attend is $5.
Please register by May 1st to guarantee your spot.

Please select one (1) class in each session. Some class sizes are limited.

Learn the versatility of salmon cakes. Did you know they can be made with beans, chicken, or tuna? We will make some and pair it with a simple aioli sauce. A dietician will be on hand to answer nutrition questions.
Learn what mindfulness is, how it is a beneficial practice as we age (or at any age), and practice some mindfulness exercises.
Everyone has a story to tell and telling yours is easier than you think! Join us for a fun, interactive workshop where prompts will be given, and stories will be told INSTANTLY. You will also learn how to develop your shorter stories into longer narratives if you desire!
